MindShift Books is a digital publishing platform selling eBooks in PDF format. All books are authored and published by MindShift Books. Our website is mindshiftbooks.shop and you can reach us at contact@mindshiftbooks.shop.

Products & Delivery

All products sold on MindShift Books are digital eBooks delivered in PDF format. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your download link(s). You can also access your purchases anytime through My Orders using the email address you paid with.

• Delivery is instant — download links are generated immediately after payment is confirmed.
• If you do not receive your email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
• Download links do not expire. You can re-download your books at any time from My Orders.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Paystack. MindShift Books does not store or have access to your card details at any point. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service.

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). All transactions are final upon successful payment confirmation from Paystack.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• You were charged but did not receive your download link and could not access it via My Orders.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You received a file that was corrupted or unreadable.

To request a refund, email contact@mindshiftbooks.shop with your order reference number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Intellectual Property

All books, content, and materials on MindShift Books are owned by MindShift Books and protected by copyright. When you purchase a book, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use.

• You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any purchased eBook without written permission.
• You may not claim authorship of any content purchased from MindShift Books.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Here is exactly what we collect and why:

• Name and email address — collected at checkout to deliver your order and send your confirmation email. We do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Paystack. We only receive confirmation that a payment was made and the email address used. We never see your card number or bank details.
• Order records — your name, email, order reference, and purchase details are stored securely in our database so you can access My Orders anytime.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. We use Brevo to send transactional emails (your order confirmation). We do not run advertising and no ad networks have access to your data.

If you would like your data deleted, email contact@mindshiftbooks.shop and we will remove your order records within 7 business days.
